Pottery Workshops

 

Please understand that we are a small business and since most of our workshop are fully booked, we require advanced notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of pottery workshops. This includes sickness or testing positive for COVID.

 

Any one-time, 90-minute workshop: 48 hours notice for reschedule or refund

Full Instructional Wheel Workshop, Private or Group Workshop: 7 days notice for reschedule or refund

 

**Due to the unpredictable nature of the ceramics process, we cannot guarantee the results of the firing. While we’ll do our best to guide you through the making process to get the best results, pieces may explode or become damaged beyond salvaging in the kiln, and we cannot offer refunds for those pieces.**

 

In-Store Purchases

 

Non-Plant Items

May be returned within 30 days with receipt, for refund or exchange, as long as items are in original condition. Items without a receipt may be exchanged or you may receive store credit.
Plants

All plants are final sale, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
